My secret pleasure is … Krispy Kreme donuts.
My first job was … cashier at KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken).
My most annoying habit is … I’m a coffee snob. I won’t drink coffee more than 15 minutes old.
A clear childhood memory is … eating grape jelly right out of the jar with a spoon.
What makes me really nervous is … public speaking. Although once I get started, I find my groove and absolutely LOVE it. Yes, public speaking and I have a love/hate relationship.
The best advice my parents gave me was … always tell the truth.
If I wasn’t an author promoter and retail development coach, I’d be … a bridal consultant at Kleinfeld, a bridal shop in NYC.
I’m most thankful for … Jesus, for paying a debt He didn’t owe to pay a debt I couldn’t pay.
My favorite meal is … anything from the Boma, a restaurant located in Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.
I know it’s good for me, but I hate … eating spinach.
A book I love is … The Key to the Kingdom by Jeff Dixon. Although asking me to choose just one favorite book is like asking me which of my kids I love most. It’s an impossible question.
My ‘happy place’ is … Walt Disney World.
My most embarrassing memory is … a pie in the face at my door, the video of which was later aired in front of my whole church.
My hidden skill is … finding the person at Walt Disney World who chooses the honorary grand marshal for the daily parade.
If I was a dog, I’d be … an old English sheep dog. They are workers, herders, high energy and sleep well after a long day.
It’s a bit corny but I love … characters in costume, like Mickey Mouse.
I’m most at peace when … sitting on a beach reading a book.
Country I’d love to visit … Italy.
Favorite quote … “If you live to be 100, I hope I live to be 100 minus 1 day, so I never have to live without you.” – Winnie the Pooh.
